 Costume: The character at the start is wearing a white lab coat. This suggests to the audience that he is a lab worker and he is working on a project.

Lighting: the lights are flickering and not working properly and there is a lot of low-key lighting to suggest that something is happening and there is danger

Setting: mikes house they are playing a game and its a very normal household and its very different from the setting before and it shows that they are a normal family who dont know what happened in the lab due to them not worrying 

Props: the board game suggest that they are normal friends who love playing with each other and have fun with each other

Actor placement/movement/expression: Will is a young boy who experiences a supernatural entity and he seems to shake a lot and and is scared because his family is not home and his dog who is supposed to be his protector is also scared and seems to not be able to help the little boy

  Conglomerate Most major media companies are conglomerates that own a range of smaller companies (called subsidiaries). An example of this is Disney owning Marvel. Vertical integration Vertical integration is when one conglomerate owns different companies in the same chain of production. E.g Disney owns film studios, CGI specialists, film distributors and TV channels such as the Disney Channel. This gives Disney the chance to make money at every stage of production. Complete ownership = more profit. Horizontal integration Horizontal integration is when one company buys other companies at the same level of distribution. E.g Facebook acquired Instagram in 2012 (at a cost of $1 billion) so that they could cancel out the competition by making money from both.
